The Haley Cremer Foundation proudly supports Jeff’s Place.
Jeff’s Place offers free support groups and comprehensive bereavement services for grieving children, teens, and families. Children and their families need support, guidance and tools to navigate their feelings. Jeff’s Place has helped over 500 individuals from 37 cities and towns navigate their loss by making it easier to feel connected with each other and less alone in their grief journey. Jeff’s Place Founding Director, Jenny Kaplan Schreiber, is a bereaved sibling, licensed independent clinical social worker, and doctoral candidate who has started two bereavement centers and has worked with grieving children and their families for more than 20 years.
